GENERAL QUESTIONS

  • ENGAGE CULTURE is open for anyone to attend. Everyone is welcome, from large groups to individual attendees. ENGAGE CULTURE is designed for people to encounter God, equip the church, and empower next-generation leaders.

  • While our conference is not geared for children under the age of 12, if you would like them to attend with you, they can. You will need to purchase a student ticket that matches your ticket type.

  • There is no childcare provided during the conference. However, there will be childcare provided at our 9-Year Celebration on Sunday, August 24th.

  • ENGAGE CULTURE 25’ CONFERNECE will be from Wednesday, August 20th — Friday, August 22nd! We will keep the party going on Saturday, the 23rd, for noon prayer and then Sunday, the 24th, for our 9-year Celebration at 9 am & 11 am.

  • Check-in dates and times will be shared in the weeks prior to ENGAGE CULTURE 25’ weekend.

REGISTRATIONS

  • Pricing for ENGAGE CULTURE 25 varies depending on the type of ticket for the event. Please note that there are several price breaks for groups. We have provided payment options and 2 free sessions! Our Saturday August 23rd noon prayer and 9-year Celebration Sunday August 24th are completely free and open to the general public.

  • The registration fee covers your admission to all 3 days of ENGAGE CULTURE 25’, including main-stage sessions, break-outs, and more. It does not include meals, transportation, or lodging.

  • Your registration fee covers your ENGAGE CULTURE 25’ admission only. You may also want to bring additional funds to purchase ENGAGE CULTURE merchandise and resources from our sponsors that will be available.

  • All tickets are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, you can transfer your ticket to an available ticket holder.

  • Although there may be an opportunity to register at the door, we encourage you to register as soon as possible so that we can plan accordingly for your experience. In the likely event that ENGAGE CULTURE 25’ sells out, we cannot guarantee availability at the door.

SERVING OPPORTUNITIES

  • Thank you for your interest in serving at ENGAGE CULTURE. You can sign up to serve here shortly.

  • Your schedule for ENGAGE CULTURE 25’ will depend on your specific team assignment, which will be communicated by your Team Leader. However, you should be prepared to be available to serve throughout the duration of ENGAGE CULTURE.

HOSPITALITY

  • There are two airports we recommend.

    • Columbia Metropolitan Airport (12 miles)
    • Charlotte Douglas International Airport (90 miles) roughly an 1hr 30min drive but has way more flight options.

  • Hotel options

  • We offer onsite parking for our VIP ticket holders and individuals with disabilities or the elderly. Additionally, there is extra parking available at a shopping center across the street. You don’t need to worry, as we provide clear signage and shuttle buses to safely transport you to and from our building.

  • If you don’t have a car we recommend an Uber or Lyft to get around the city. Uber and Lyft services are popular throughout the area and tend to be lower than taxi prices.
